Case Study - Summer 2016

Ricky Deaton is a musician from Cincinnati, Ohio. He needed a music video that was professional, engaging, and popular amongst his fans.

We decided to portray his personal battles as an artist in a symbolic music video that was visually intriguing. The backdrop to this narrative shoot was the city he was raised in, enabling him to begin personifying his brand.


On Facebook, the video received hundreds of 'likes' and over 40 shares. On youtube, it has over 20,000 views. The campaign was successful in creating a video that was both unique and representative of Ricky Deaton. This effort jumpstarted his brand. Now, he has music on iTunes and Spotify and a following that just keeps getting bigger.
